La Garfagnana (con i principali comuni di Castelnuovo di Garfagnana e Barga) è una regione storica e geografica dell'Italia centrale, parte della provincia di Lucca in Toscana. Si trova tra la cresta principale dell'Appennino settentrionale a nord-est e le Alpi Apuane a ovest, rendendolo quasi interamente montuoso con un terreno rigoglioso e verde, che offre alcuni panorami spettacolari.
Oltre all'ottimo cibo e vino da scoprire e gustare, non ti mancheranno le cose da fare: dalle passeggiate in collina, ai picnic in ambienti meravigliosi, ammirando i magnifici monumenti storici, seduti in una piazza a bere un cappuccino o rilassarti una spiaggia sabbiosa con uno spritz Aperol - questa regione ha tutto!
Mentre Roggio è in Garfagnana con molto da esplorare, Lucca, Firenze e Siena sono facilmente raggiungibili in auto o in treno.
