Garfagnana (med de vigtigste byer Castelnuovo di Garfagnana og Barga) er en historisk og geografisk region i det centrale Italien, en del af provinsen Lucca i Toscana. Det ligger mellem de nordlige apenniner 'hovedrygg mod nordøst og Alpi Apuane mod vest, hvilket gør det næsten helt bjergrigt med et frodigt og grønt terræn, der giver en spektakulær udsigt.
